Aguilera`s estranged husband not moving?
Christina Aguilera`s estranged husband Jordan Bratman is reportedly refusing to move out of their home while they divorce.
The `Not Myself Tonight` singer - who has two-year-old son Max with Jordan - is said to be having "difficulties" because of his decision not to move out of the Los Angeles home they shared.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "It is difficult for Christina since he won`t move out of the house.
"When she is back in Los Angeles she has to stay somewhere even if she`s with their son."
Although Jordan will leave the home occasionally for the night so the 29-year-old son can stay there with Max, he will not leave permanently.
The insider added it was Christina`s decision to end the marriage as she "grew" during the process of filming new movie `Burlesque` with music icon Cher.
The source said: "She just grew up during the filming of `Burlesque`. Christina had grown apart from him."
Since her split from Jordan in October, the `Beautiful` hitmaker has been seen out with set assistant Matthew Rutler, with his long-time friend Helen Breuer confirming he was a thoughtful pal.
She said: "He`s just a solid guy all around. My mother was elderly and Matt was always all too happy to help her out, especially when it was snowing. He shovelled our walk way and he helped my mom to and from the house.
"When all the other kids were out sledding, Matt would be helping us out."
